There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items.
If you are unhappy with your order, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in the same condition as you received with tags and packaging intact.
Please contact us at info@gardus.co.nz within 2 days of receiving your item and send it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. No returns or exchanges can be accepted after the 7-day period.
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend you use a courier that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred.
Once this is received, exchange, credit or refund will be processed within 3 days.
